Rogan Brown


Rogan Brown holds an MA in Cultural Studies from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London. He divides his time between London where his practice is centered and his studio in the wild mountains of the Cevennes National Park in the south of France, where he finds inspiration and creates his work. Since taking his work public in 2012 Brown has participated in a series of group shows in London and has won a number of notable prizes including Best Installation at the National Open Art competition 2013 and the Florence-Shanghai Prize 2014 which will see his work exhibited in Shanghai in July 2014. His work was recently featured in a book dedicated to artists working in paper entitled “Paper Play”.
